Chef Pino Loungo

Chef Pino Luongo is a pioneer of Italian cuisine in New York City. Nicknamed “Pino Noir”, he has owned and operated numerous New York City Restaurants including, Il Cantinori, Le Madri, Centolire, Coco Pazzo (New York and Chicago), Coco Pazzo Cafe (Chicago), Coco Pazzo Teatro, Tuscan Square, Morso (New York). Pino has worked alongside some of the biggest names in the culinary world. Anthony Bourdain writes about his experience working as an Executive Chef for Pino in his book Kitchen Confidential. Bourdain recounts his experience in the chapter Pino Noir: Tuscan Interlude in his bestselling book.
