About Suki Rubright
Born and Raised in South Korea, Suki brings true Korean cuisine to United States. Upon moving to the US, Suki opened a Korean restaurant in Wyoming, making her one of the early innovators of the Korean food scene in America. Aunt to @HME owner and founder Chef Taylor Weldon, Suki taught him the ins and outs of South Korean cooking from a young age. We want to carry on her incredible grasp of the South Korean food scene by featuring her as one of our esteemed culinary collaborations.
