Chef Josh Taggart is the chef/owner of Mae’s in West Chester. He has been at the helm of award winning restaurants throughout the Philadelphia area including Lacroix, Tony Clark’s Rae at Cira Center, and Dilworthtown Inn. In 2020 he pursued a life long dream and opened Mae’s in downtown West Chester. Mae’s is a Farm to Table concept that highlights many of the incredible seasonal ingredients this region has to offer.
